At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and safety, allowing returns on unworn and factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for sanitary reasons, body jewelry that has been removed from its original heat-sealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
